I am into the second year of a PhD working on nutrient assimilation in the
Zygomycetes fungus Mortierella and I'm a bit stuck at the moment. The problem
is I'm trying to find a simple protocol (aren't we all!) to measure the
activity of nitrate reductase. Using NADH/NADPH doesn't seem to work.
Does anybody have any ideas, please?
