This type of experiment has been many times and I suggest that a
literature search of the various procedures be conducted. I
would strongly suggest the use of wild-type tomatoe plant
and mutants that produce a variety of salicylic acid levels.
A variety of methods and locations of innoculations, as well as,
a variety of P. solanecearum strains and other Pseudomonas spp..
This information should be correlated using an ANOVA.
