I am interested in gene transfer using viral systems. Presently, I use
liposomes and want to expand my experiments. My only experience with
viruses is from a micro class a few years back. Could any one suggest a
good place to start with general information on the major players with
viruses, i.e. gag, pol, etc.? Also are there any good experimental
technique books or articles dealing with virus work?
