There are no organizational structures in the area involved with ebola
virus as in any part of Zaire. In this country, most physicians and health
workers are working without running water, without electricity, without
car, without informations (no books, no scientific journal), without
drugs... without Nivaquine even for their own use.
The only things they can do are those requiring their head to think and
their hands to act.
Most of them are very courageous poeple!
A physician is supposed to earn $100 a month. But he receives them only
when the country have the money or don't "forget" to pay for him.
The few area where you have some health care are those supported by
religious organizations.
