Hi everybody!
I´m in big trouble with my Hyphomicrobium zavarzinii strain ZV 580! In liquid
culture (bottles of 15 litres), they stop growing after reaching an optical
density of only 0.2-0.3 without any apparent reason. In earlier times, the
grow up to an OD of 2.2. There are no contaminations observed. I need an
amount of 100 grams of cells for each preparation of a dye-linked formaldehyde
dehydrogenase. Is anybody out there who works with this strain, too?
Thanks in advance,
Marcus
