Does anyone know the molecular basis for curing of plasmid DNA in
microorganisms by heat treatment. I have looked several places in the
literature for a good explanation but I came up empty! I would appreciate any
help on the subject. Please reply directly to me as I do not subscribe to
the newsgroup.
