I have recently identified and cloned a new IS element
and need to give it a name. So far I've been calling it ISX
but now that I am in the process of writing things up I to give it
a proper name. Are there any conventions to follow when naming
insertion sequences or is the numbering strictly arbitrary.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
