I am studying the transcription of a gene in Mycoplasma capricolum.
My results showed that only ten base pairs are there between
the transcriptional start site and the initiation codon
and that the putative ribosomal binding site would cover
the transcriptional start site.
I want to know any case like this and any review which
refers to the relationship between the transcriptional start site
and the initiation codon.
