I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but a few years ago,
there was a community-wide outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in Wisconsin
related to some cooling towers. Some guidelines and publications were
generated as a result of it. Jeff Davis should be one of the authors. If
you can't find the stuff through literature searches, you might call or
write to the Wisconsin Dept of Health in Madison.
