I have used Qiagen kits and protocols very successfully for obtaining clean, very pure plasmid DNA for cloning and sequencing. The two kits that work well for me are the Tip-20 and Qiawell-8 kits. They sure beat doing the "traditional" methods. Kevin Chow University of British Columbia
