Hi, all!
Streptomyces genomes have high GC contents, i. e. 70 %.
I have cloned a DNA fragment, including in biosynthesis
genes of antibiotic, from the organism.
Now I am doing for the sequencing but do not gain the clear data.
Please tell me how to sequence for high GC contents DNA.
