Hi,
I've been trying to use dipase to isolate the sertoli cells from
young rats to use in an invitro bioassay for FSH. However, dispase
causes the resulting cell suspension to clot and the cells do not
adhere to the culture dish. I'm trying to use dispase instead of
collagenase to minimise receptor damage.
