HI!
I am attempting to do some FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization) on amoebas
with labled DNA probes. Is there anyone out there that has good success with
FISH that might be willing to share some pointers or tricks? I have read
papers by Giovannoni and Pace but their methods do not appear to work well on
amoebas. I would appreciate any information or contacts you can give. Please
respond directly to me.
