We are trying the ICD-p24 assay in HIV-1 positive samples.
We performed the assay with the Abbott reagents (Glycine and
Neutral Tris Buffer). Also, we used reagents prepared by ourselves.
In both cases the results were negatives. However, the regular p24
assay was satisfactory.
- Is anybody performing this ICD-p24 assay regularly with optimal results
using Abbottt reagents?
- Could anybody give us useful information about it?
