We are interested in looking for plasmids in clinical isolates of group A
strep. We have been using two different procedures for plasmid-preps, but
we have not detected any plasmids. I would like to use a group A strep
strain with a known plasmid as a control to be sure that the procedures
are working. If anyone would be willing to send to me such a strain,
