Strange printing problems

As I printed a set of microbio messages this morning, all the letters "y" were 
printed with four-letter tails, descending vertically into the next rows of 
type.  Now every ccMail message I print has the identical disease.  Has anyone 
else experienced such a phenomenon? (Only text printed from e:mail has this 
problem.)
