Hi:
I need to construct a plasmid based bacterial genomic library.
I have tried the Novogen's "bluestaer vector system" which involves the
cre-mediated excision step and it gave me a very low titer. I have heard
that there are inherrent problems constructing a genomic library using a
plasmid vector directly.
I would greatly appreciate any input from anyone has had any
experience constructing a plasmid based genomic library.
