Questions on Bionet should be as specific as possible.

The CCUG identification service is always checking for aerobic
and anaerobic growth (34000 strains so far) and for many
organisms denitrification is also checked. But I doubt the
question aimed at species isolated in clinical microbiology ... ?

Most of our denitrifiers are strict aerobic organisms like
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Alcaligenes, etc.
Most of the facultative anaerobic organisms we have hate to be
grown under strict anaerobic conditions. Of course we do not
always provide the preferred conditions, but still ...

Tell us more about your story.
