pINIII/periplasmic secretion vectors

Dear Bionetters,

Can anyone supply the pIN-ompA-hind vector described in Nucleic Acids Res.  17,
(1988), page 8726. "pIN-III-ompA secretion vectos: modifications of the ompA
signal peptide sequence for easier insert cloning."
Failing that, any periplasmic secretion vectors (non-commercial) handy?
