Textbooks of Industrial Microbiology (or Biotechnology)

I'm teaching an Industrial Microbiology course this semester.
Is there a textbook that anyone might recommend, apart from
"Biotechnology: a textbook of Industrial Microbiology"
(W. and A. Crueger authors) and "Basic biotechnology" (J. Bu'Lock and B.
Kristiansen authors)?
