If this is the laser optical trap I did obtain that paper: A PRACTICAL
OPTICAL TRAP FOR MANIPULATING AND ISOLATING BACTERIA FROM COMPLEX
MICROBIAL COMMUNITIES (Credit to to the person on the net who was kind
enought to fax me a copy as the local medical libes did not have it). I
talked to one of the authors and he thinks he can help me out on this
case.
Now I am looking into micromanipulation and immunomagnetic enrichment to
see if they are possibilites. I need to find labs that do them as I am a
clincian without a lab of my own for this kind of thing, and the hospital
lab tells me to find a reference lab. Also, I am looking into even finer
dilution of the specimen as someone suggested.
