Thanks, got it. We were using the wrong kind of media, my mistake, but the
incubation time variation in the paper relates to part of our
observations (most values for QC were in at 24, and those that were out
were in a 48, unfortunately, some of those in at 24 were out at 48!)
I'll reserve judgement until I get the right media and see what happens.
