A few labs have been interested in the idea of doing PCR for prostatitis
patients. I have been tracking down labs that have experience doing PCR
on semen, urine, or expressed prostatic secretions. Several Veterinary
labs have been working with semen. If anyone knows of such a lab please
post or e-mail me. Also, is RFLP, restriction fragment length
polymorphism, a possible method that could be used. I would appreciate
any information on either.
