How about an institution that is an ftp site. They could create a
directory clinical and a directory research, and then people could
contact that site about contributing.
Another postive end could be that commercial test suppliers could upload
their procedure and reference list for labs to download directly into
their manuals.
Anybody out there at an institution that is an ftp site?
