Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for a condition to grow up Salmonella strains that favours
temporarily the production of only low numbers (e.g. one) or even no
O-specific side chains in their lipopolysaccharide. I would appreciate if
someone can suggest a method or refer me to someone who may have the
answer. Thank you.
