Although Denver is not that close to Manitoba, I thought I would chime in
anyway. We haven't had an epidemic in Colorado, but we have seen
increased pertussis isolation rates in the past 2 years.
We are considering PCR for diagnosis. Does anyone have experience using
PCR for pertussis diagnosis?
