I'd be interested in hearing from people in institutions which are
restricting the use of vancomycin (because of VRE) regarding any
protocols they are using (for restriction or for the replacement
of vancomycin with other agents). I'm specifically interested for
patients who have ventriculostomies or intracranial pressure
monitors, but any responses would be useful.
