It seems to become fashionable to try to alert readers by
using neon subject lines like ****please read**** or URGENT.
This is not very nice 'netiquette' since it wastes peoples time who
would have cared to download and read and article had they only seen
just a slight hint on its contents.
The same problem is caused by sloppy, non-descript subjects lines
such as 'Just another question' or the like.
Please be considerate and don't waste our time and bandwidth. And
remember: An unwanted side effect might be that people with slow
2400 baud modems (yes, these things are still around ;-) suppress
their natural curiosity about the ***Vital Question*** and just
skip your urgent posting :-(
