pGreen Lantern-1 sequence assembly

Hi, I used the information to piece together a candidate for the pGreen Lantern-1 sequence in order to demonstrate the capabilities of pydna. The result is here: http://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/BjornFJohansson/pydna-examples/blob/master/pGreenLantern1.ipynb
