Hi, everyone. Does anyone know if there is a multi-sequence
version of gap? I am trying to group sequences based on nucleotide
similarity and gap is not going to cut it since it only compares pairs of
sequences. I really need a program that compares large numbers of
sequences.
If any one has any ideas or knows of a program that will compare
and group large numbers of sequences, please let me know. Thanks!
