Hi,
We just installed JAVA 1.4 on our UNIX server. Since then, SeqWeb does not
want to display users' sequences in the INPUT SEQUENCE box inside an
application window such as BLASTN or PILEUP. The Sequence Manager, on the
other hand, works fine with the users' sequences.
Has anyone out there experienced anything similar?
