I have just got the same error on Apollo :(
"End of file while reading documentation!"
This is with the emblnew file cumulative.dat - so that means the origin
of the problem isnt my preprocessing program.
I am almost certain, though I cant prove it, that it is to do with
memory allocation on Apollo.
I will put all this in an email to Graham tomorrow and CC you in on it.
