I am very interested in protein structure prediction and the protein
folding problem.
I am looking at existing and potential methods for predicting the
3-dimensional structure of proteins from their sequence of amino
acids.
I am looking at this from a computational standpoint. I am very
interested in computer programs that use algorithms, neural networks
or other techniques for predicting protein structure.
I would appreciate if you could direct me to any research groups or
resources of which I could obtain the latest research and current
developments in this area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
