SeqWeb and Win2000 support

I had not even noticed these issues in the documentation.  We run
GCG/SeqLab/SeqWeb on SGI Origin 200s, so it's not an issue for me.

Rather then see GCG put a ton of effort into supporting the Win platforms,
I'd much rather see a Linux version released.  Replacing our SGIs with newer
(or alternative SUN machines) would be expensive, but a nice, fast,
multi-CPU Linux shared-memory setup is really very cost effective.

And I hope they push forward with version 11.0 quickly - some of the
size/length limitations in the current GCG are ridiculously restrictive in
today's genomic age.
