Dear Joseph,
First all, thank you very much for your reply. Really, what I would need to
do is to find putative motifs for protein binding (for any class of proteins!)
in one of my DNA sequences. Therefore, I am trying to find a database
containing all the known DNA sequence motifs by protein binding. Could you
know of such database? Thanks a million for your time and help.
