I would like to use Genpept database for GCG analysis.
I usually get it from ftp.ncifcrf.gov.
But the organism descriptions are described in list area of
BLAST, FASTA and Framesearch analyses instead of the
protein definitions.
Is there any one who suffers from the same problem?
or please let me know how to make correct Genpept database
for GCG analysis.
