map accepts the parameters -minc and -maxc for minimal and maximal
number of recognition sites. It does not mark recognition sites.

If you want to draw plasmids, have a look into mapsort -plasmid .
Once you have familiarized yourself with the syntax, it's a fairly
good program. A Tektronix/X terminal is recommended, however.
