BetterTelnet (which was mentioned in the message by Harry Hahn) is
actually based on the last NCSA Telnet version (and still draws
Tektronix, also mentioned by Harry Hahn). Development of NCSA Telnet
stopped quite some time ago; I guess this holds also true for the
DOS version.
