Can anyone explain the codes used to describe the structure in Peptidestructure?
I am especially interested in the Chou Fasman predictions. It is pretty obvious
that B means Beta sheet and H means helix, but what is a lowercase b (possible
sheet?) and what does a . mean (no prediction?).
I can not find any definition in the manuals for this, and I'd like to know
exactly what it means (for example when B and when b, if my interpretation is
right)
