I can't offhand remember who offered it, but if you check back through old
postings in this newsgroup (about 4-6 months back) a system admin from one
of the US universities offered the GCG package access on their machine
(including doing all the GCG licensing paperwork). Remember, that in
addition to paying the site assessed fee, you are also for paying the
individual GCG license, so you'll probably end up paying around
$100-$150/year at least as an academic.
