Dear Michael,
You need a utility called GCG Figure. It is available at
http://www.gcg.com/products/freestuff.html
You need to specify your output as a figure file with
the command line option -fig . Then download the figure file
to your mac. Open the file with GCGfigure and save it as
a pict file.
