Frederic Plewniak's program pdbtogcg converts pdb file to 
GCG format. It is available from


ftp://ftp-igbmc.u-strasbg.fr/pub/PDBToGCG

There is both a C program and a Makefile.

To get from GCG to Per use ToPIR (A GCG program)
