Is there anything in GCG that allow the following:
Find possible N-terminal secretory signal sequences and predict the clivage site
between the signal peptide and the mature protein in a protein sequences.
M Von Heijne wrote a method on that (Nucleic Acids Researchs 14:4683-4690 (1986)
