This reminds me - some time back we downloaded a couple of hundred
profiles of protein families which appear in Prosite (can someone remind
me where these are from?). Profilescan became practically unusable due to
the extreme length of the output file - has anyone modified the program to
give only the "hits" and eliminate the negative results?
