What I found most valuable in having the sources local was the possibility
of rapid fixes (e.g. "change line 123 from xxx to yyy and recompile").
Modifying some constraints or limits (e.g. "change sequence number from 10
to 100") was easy as well. Sending binaries is a much more complicated issue
(for the folks at GCG and for us). We will have to see how GCG will deal with
this in the future.
