Dear All,
We are using the PRIMER GCG's program with '-primers' as optional parameter
because we want to select one appropriate primer (reverse primer) as initial
input. Of course, our oligo primer meets all the initial constraints and
the file for the primer sequence is properly formated. The problem is that
the output result contains no complementary primers, that is, the number
of forward primers considered is 0. Testing for any other primer sequence
we get the same negative results. Thinking we are doing something wrong,
could anyone give us any advice on this regard? In other words, how do you
use PRIME when you want initially to feed it with one primer sequence?
Thanks a lot in advance for your replies.
Regards,
