I can't remember my basic stats. If I run Bestfit on two sequences,
obtain a quality score, randomize on of the sequences and get an average
quality plus/minus SD, how do I then calculate the probability of gettin
my original quality score by chance alone. Can anyone help jump start my
failing memory. Thanks.
