Dear Netters,
has anyone a good idea to transform a "pep" sequence into the PDB format
for preparing those nice 3D pictures of proteins?
I have noticed the PBD service, but obviously they do not transform
such a simple ascii file like the "pep" thing that is produced by GCG.
NAOMI, I assume, won't do it either.
So, what to do?
ANY help is highly appreciated.
