To build the subsets? Well, strictly yes. But you could also try to
find a site that builds the EMBL or GenBank exclusion set, and sends that
to you to save doing it all.
Any volunteers to make a list of such sites?
Alternatively, if you use EMBL and the EMBL updates, or GenBank and the
GenBank updates, as "GenEMBL" you will basically have everything anyway.
That's what we do (EMBL in our case, of course :-)
