Yes, I have written a set of configuration files and menus for
EGCG8.0 to run with either GCG8.0 or 8.1. The idea is to
refine these for (perhaps) release with EGCG8.1.
These are in need of testing, so if anyone wants to try
them, please help yourself. These have been written and tested(ish)
on our OpenVMS system, but should be portable to unix.
The release notes are at
http://www.molbiol.ox.ac.uk/www/data_centre/hugh/egcgwpi.html
and the distribution file itself is archived at
ftp://immsvr.jr2.ox.ac.uk/pub/gcg/egcgwpi1_0beta.tar
Or at least it will be by the time you read this.
Any feedback welcome. Please let me know if you have tried them
so I can keep you updated on progress.
